Dr. Aparna Verma is a Assistant Professor in Maitetry College, with extensive knowledge in literature, environmental concerns, and contemporary social issues. Originally from Lucknow, she completed her BA from Isabella Thoburn College, Lucknow University. She holds MA and M.Phil. degrees in Hindi Literature from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, and earned a PhD focusing on Literature and the Environment. Dr. Aparna has published research papers on environment, ecology, and women’s studies and has consistently shared her perspectives on social issues. She also serves as the convenor of the Vanya Study Circle, an organization dedicated to environmental studies.
