Paper Submission and Quality Criteria
• Quality Requirement: Each Research Assistant is expected to produce a minimum of 5 high-quality SCI-level (Science Citation Index) papers within the contract month.
• Plagiarism Check: All papers must be plagiarism-free, with AI plagiarism not exceeding 10%. Plagiarism checks will be conducted using reliable software tools.
• Immediate Incentive: Upon the submission of each high-quality paper, the Research Assistant will receive an immediate incentive of ₹3,000 which will adjusted from
their monthly salary.
Monthly Stipend
• Base Salary: Each Research Assistant will receive a monthly stipend upto ₹45,000 (*).
• Contract Duration: Initially, a one-Month will be the freezing time, then based on performance and output we have made monthly salary to the candidate.
Detailed Workflow
1. Recruitment Process:
o Screening of applications will be based on educational background (IIT/ NIT/ IIIT/ Other Reputed Organization), research experience, and publication record.
o Interviews will be focused on research capabilities, past publications, and alignment with project goals.
2. Quality Assurance:
o Establish a review committee to assess the quality of each submitted paper.
o Conduct rigorous plagiarism checks using tools like Turnitin or Grammarly.
o Provide constructive feedback and revisions if required to meet quality standards.
o Set monthly milestones to track progress and provide feedback (Every 15 days we track the status of work).
3. Performance Review:
o Conduct quarterly performance reviews to ensure Research Assistants are on track to meet their publication targets.
o Provide additional support or training if needed to improve research output.
o But if any RA want to resign then need to be given prior 15 days notices to us, so the organization can provide experience letters.
Note: If any unethical or unconditional work done by the RA the immediately without any prior notice the organization can throughout.
