As a Research Assistant, your main responsibility is to produce high-quality SCI-level papers. You will be evaluated based on the quality of your submissions, with a minimum of 5 papers per month.
Paper Submission and Quality Criteria
Each paper must meet SCI-level standards.
Plagiarism must not exceed 10% (including AI plagiarism).
Immediate incentive of ₹3,000 upon paper submission, deducted from monthly salary.
Monthly Stipend & Benefits
Base Salary: Up to ₹45,000/month.
Contract Duration: One-month freezing period, followed by performance-based increments.
Additional incentives based on paper quality and timeliness.
Recruitment Process
Screening based on educational background (IIT/NIT/IIIT) and research experience.
Interviews focus on past publications, research capabilities, and alignment with project goals.
